I lead corporate and race communications for the Audi Revolut F1 Team, overseeing how one of Formula One’s most significant long-term projects is positioned, understood, and trusted by global audiences. With more than 15 years’ experience across Formula One and elite international sport, I operate at the intersection of performance, brand, and reputation, shaping clear, credible narratives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. My remit spans the full communications landscape, from global media operations across a 24-race calendar to major corporate announcements, stakeholder engagement, and organisational positioning as Audi enters the sport with a factory operation. I have built my career inside Formula One teams, evolving from hands-on content and media roles into leading integrated communications functions. This progression has given me a practical understanding of the sport’s ecosystem trackside, at headquarters, and across commercial and partner environments, and how to align them behind a consistent, effective message. Beyond motorsport, I have delivered communications at some of the world’s largest sporting events, including the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games, developing a strong international perspective and the ability to adapt messaging across cultures, markets, and audiences. I believe communications in sport is too often reactive, reporting what has already happened. At its best, it should do far more. It should set direction, build trust before it is needed, and create a narrative that holds under pressure. That is where I focus my work.
Oversaw all race and corporate communications in Formula 1, from managing global media operations at Grands Prix to delivering major corporate announcements. Drew on experience to ensure consistent, effective messaging and support the team’s preparations for its transition to the Audi F1 factory team.

As the organisation boasts the most realistic simulation of real-life motorsports in the competitive world of esports/simracing and regularly produces some of the best athletes in the world, continued to grow the profile of the organisation on and off the competition arena.
Managed sporting and corporate communications for the Sauber Formula 1 team under its Alfa Romeo and Stake F1 Team guises, combining race-weekend media operations with strategic projects. Built strong media, partner, and stakeholder relationships, while strengthening the department through targeted recruitment.

Developed and participated in the press assignments of the team, coordinating driver schedules, arranging media engagements and directing HQ-based and trackside activities. Produced all team-based written content for social media channels, improving the volume and quality of social media engagement to help grow the team’s fan base across all digital channels; managed the team’s website's content, including race weekend updates. Developed and executed the team’s esports strategy, including the creation and management of the team during the inaugural F1 Esports Series.
