Action Roguelike Prototype • Established and managed the technical integration pipeline for animation and audio assets • Coordinated with external contractors to manage the production of art and audio assets, ensuring all deliverables met project quality and timeline standards • Executed my own demo announcement campaign by sending influencer emails, creating a press kit, distributing my game across three web game platforms, and monitoring Discord for any game-breaking issues • Ran private steam beta tests and public itch playtest to collect feedback used to improve on design, skill balance, and progression of the game Async Teamfight Autobattler Prototype • Prioritized feature updates based on tester input to address specific frustrations found in existing autobattlers • Used pre-made assets to quickly deliver a playable prototype and test different gameplay versions without wasting development time Dungeon Deckbuilder Prototype • First solo development prototype created to learn the game development lifecycle and practice scope management
