As SVP Application Development, I am responsible for delivery of high impact, transformative digital solutions supporting Fannie Mae’s top business priorities while driving alignment across teams, improving platform stability and increasing speed to market. I lead a software engineering organization comprised of over 120 agile squads accountable for the future state transformation, strategic development, maintenance, and operational safety of the application portfolios supporting our business (Multifamily, Finance, Controllers and HR). Implementing and maintaining complex technology solutions requires a high performing team with high performing leaders.
