Throughout my career I have managed both product and engineered system portfolios consisting of over $200M in annual revenue with over 44,000 standard and custom solution product sku’s. I have been fortunate throughout my career to have managed the strategic and technical product launch of 16 new product platforms through the nVent, Draeger, and Kennametal stage gate launch processes, while also supporting the integration of a $17M portfolio of products into the Kennametal brand and sustaining the largest private label partnership within Kennametal at that time. Throughout my work history I have participated in numerous training courses including a Green Belt for Growth lean project, Mastering Project Management, Pragmatic Marketing, Fundamentals of Product Management, NPD Product Launch Training and Master Class I & II for Industrial Heat Tracing.
