Promoted into a senior technical leadership role reporting to the Head of Food Safety, with responsibility spanning both site and group level operations. Initially led technical performance at Bakkavor Elveden as part of the senior leadership team, overseeing food safety, compliance and quality standards within a complex manufacturing environment. Oversaw quality assurance at Greencore Bow. Accountability for day to day QA operations, leading a sizeable team and ensuring delivery of food safety and compliance standards.
