Bon Secours Charity Health System is a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network and includes Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York (286 beds); Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, New York (122 beds); and St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, New York (60 beds). The system also provides the services of Good Samaritan Home Care, a certified home health agency; Schervier Pavilion (120 beds) and St. Joseph’s Place, long-term and short-term care facilities (46 beds); and several off-site medical programs. In addition, the system includes the Bon Secours Medical Group, BSCHS’s regional network of more than 120 primary care physicians and specialists from a broad array of medical disciplines. Provides leadership, vision and management for the operations of Radiology, Facilities Management and Engineering, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Respiratory Services, Property Management, Office of Patient Relations, Volunteers, Pastoral Care, Patient and Family Centered Care, Switchboard Operators, Food and Nutrition, Front Information Desk and Mailroom, Safety and Security, Clinical Engineering, Sleep Center, Physical Medicine, MICU/EMS/CCT Services and Emergency Preparedness. Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. Provides mentorship, direction and structure for operating units. Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. Develops and creates strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals. • Completed a $39 million Emergency Department Expansion Project for Old Bridge Medical Center, which includes better access through a brand-new concourse and Behavioral Health Crisis Unit: 4 Beds, Pediatric Friendly Area and Autistic Friendly Room. Instituted Retail Pharmacy at Old Bridge Medical Center and Starbucks Coffee Shop at both hospitals. • Implemented Hackensack Meridian Health’s plan to Reimagine Raritan Bay Medical Center which includes the following: o An investment of $35 million in Behavioral Health and 30-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTACH) services. o An expansion of access and capacity to meet patient demand by increasing Inpatient Behavioral Health beds at Raritan Bay Medical Center to 81.

Responsible for the operations, vision, and leadership of the following resource management departments: Case Management, Utilization Review, Social Work Services, Outcomes Management, Infection Control, Volunteer Services, Guest Relations and Patient Representatives, Other key daily management responsibilities include the following: - Assure achievement of hospital’s positive operating margin, salary expenses and reducing expense/CMI adjusted admission. - Ensuring Joint Commission Accreditation and maintaining compliance with all other Regulatory Standards (NJ Department of Health and Senior Services, Healthcare Quality Strategies Inc/ProNJ, Medicare Conditions of Participation) and Hospital Accreditations (Stroke Accreditation, Magnet Nursing, Chest Pain Accreditation). - Co-Director of the Center for Care Transformation responsible for launching the Center for Care Transformation (CCT) in 2011 to establish an environment of creative thinking and open innovation. Team members, physicians, patients, and families help to identify problems or areas for improvement, and collaborate to be more efficient, save costs, and improve quality. Cost savings exceeded the 1% of the operating expenses ($7.0 million) for 2013.
