The Data Standards and Collection TAG provides recommendations to the Quality Measurement Alignment Taskforce (Taskforce) on an aligned approach to standardized data collection related to social risk factors for use by all payers and providers in the Commonwealth and strategies that EOHHS, providers, and payers should employ to accelerate efforts to complete self-reported data collection using standardized methods and categories.
