I am a current student at Vanderbilt University pursuing a Medicine Health and Society major and a Data Science Minor. In the past, I have spent a summer at a local hospital volunteering with future doctors and preparing dummies for them to operate on, which sparked my interest in pursuing a career related to the health industry. I am looking to gain more knowledge and explore this field!

After being promoted from Vice President of People Department, I became in charge of hiring and training new members of the people department to run internships and help with improving company efficiency and satisfaction from current employees. After the initial stage, I was promoted to be the Vice President of the People Department, where I would teach the concepts to the next group of interns at Youphoria as well as prepare the material needed to teach and retain talent. Research Assistant in Social Cognition Lab by Dr. Jonathan Lane. I worked with 2 PhD students on their research, specifically for recruiting new children for the studies. I am trained to run the study Senses, which is a study designed to understand how children perceive others with sensory disabilities. I also perform video analysis of the studies and utilized SPSS for data input and statistical analysis. For my project, I worked on data coding the results from the Senses study. I also worked on recruiting for two other studies, which is Time-Sensitivity of Knowledge and Decoding Behavior 2.
Spent over 2 weeks trained by ex-BCG and ex-EY consultants in consulting tactics. After this, I worked in a 6-person consulting team in a marketing entry project for BioAge, a South African fertilizer company as the research lead. My research was mainly in the areas of evaluating the California/Nevada fertilizer market, competitor analysis, researching agricultural regulatory agencies, and exploring future customer bases that BioAge can reach out to. Our work led to BioAge saving 6 months worth of research and a plan for market entry that BioAge is currently implementing.
