Identified potential violations and conflicts between laws, copyright treaties, and publication information, globally. Maintained an accuracy rate of 97% between recommended course of action and counsel's determinations. Created standard operating procedures for copyright reviews, covering 47% of team’s incoming workload. Worked with legal to standardize and incorporate new policies into SOP. Developed and documented workflow processes for copyright reviews of library content. Conducted training sessions on team tools and procedures while providing support and oversight for new hires. Used internal tools to perform quality assurance for Google Books agents, ensuring positive user experiences, providing feedback to individuals on ways to improve, and making necessary updates to canned responses and procedures. Assisted policy experts on Half in Ten team with research and various assignments. Managed the social media arm of Talkpoverty.org, including Twitter and Facebook accounts. Used social media to push content and expand readership. Attended and reported on Congressional hearings related to social welfare.
