Currently a Consultant at Peraivu Koodam Foundation and Tamil Nadu Model Schools Fellowship under the Department of School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. Collaborates on education-focused initiatives, including training programs and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes, aiming to enhance student outcomes. Previously contributed as Lead Teacher at iTeach Schools, leading Grade 10 teams and projects.
:: Spearheaded the one month training program for 140+ TNMS Fellowship 1st cohort fellows, driving onboarding, skill development and building subject depth. :: Managed monitoring & evaluation (M&E) for fellows’ outcomes, collaboratively coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maximize program success.
:: Co-led a secondary school of 450 students across four diverse communities, spearheading a year-long strategic plan and leading the Grade 10 team of 8 teachers. :: Coached a team of 8 teachers across different grades on pedagogy, data-driven instructions and classroom culture
