• Responsible for managing the day to day operations for Coyote's customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities in order to increase volume • Help customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way possible • Create individual portfolios of accounts through research and prospecting while becoming consultative in providing logistics solutions based on individual customer needs • Develop account-specific growth strategies to navigate longer sales cycles • Maintain and grow accounts through daily communication with customers while upholding Coyote’s No Excuses® commitment to service
