With over six years of experience in IT Support and System Administration, I am a passionate and skilled IT Operations Engineer at Checkout.com, a leading global payment platform. I work with Azure, Okta, Google and Jamf to manage, monitor, and secure the IT infrastructure and services for the company, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance. I also provide technical support and troubleshooting for the internal users, resolving issues and improving user satisfaction. Previously, I was an IT support engineer at Taxfix, a tax app company, and an IT Support Specialist at Wise Ltd., a money transfer service. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in IT service management, network administration, hardware and software maintenance, and cloud computing. I have a postgraduate degree in Computer Networks and a bachelor's degree in Data Processing. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, and now I'm learning German as my third language.
