Collaborated with and had a strong relationship with CPA firm that handled the Internal Audit Responsibilities. Bank Acquisition. 990 return. Initiated, orchestrated and collaborated internally with 3 significant “projects” resulting in significant wins. Initiated and lead by directing at least 16 Strategic Partnership Reviews driven by Contract’s and Related Invoices. Involved my entire team (7) and the internal “owners” of other departments in collaborative meetings with the Strategic partner /vendors representatives. The focus was accuracy,contract compliance, alignment of services, SLA performance/ data analytics, and ensuring a two way ownership of the relationship. Identified hundreds of thousands of $ in payments that should never have been made, often for services not used or severely underutilized, and even duplicate payments for the same service. Over one hundred thousand $ was paid in Personal Property Tax payments that never should have been paid. Significant refunds/ credits for future usage received, or resulted in cancelation of the specific item, created awareness of contracted/ invoiced performance and created an ownership culture. Initiated a deep dive into a Mortgage Servicing Rights sale proposal resulting in the discovery of the rights being undervalued by $130,000 AND over $110,000 in income that was never received. AP conversion to AVID X creating an easier system of invoice ownership and accountability while saving time and $. Deep dive into GL reconciliations. Broke down silos, increasing collaboration and upstream ownership of the “input” transactions. Partially accomplished by initiating a shadowing program. Huge win in the ITM/ATM, Provisional credit and Debit/Credit Card areas. Supplemental result, implemented C3 a cash ordering system. Reduced the storage of cash of $1.6 m

Initiated and implemented a US Gov't loan program and Investment program resulting in 2021 as the highest net income year in the history of Securityplus while drastically reducing overall risk as Peer volatility is more than 4 X risk sensitive.
