I supported Brokers and Agents in the firm by meeting with clients along with licensed professionals and drawing up contracts for purchases of land or residential sites.
Every morning we visited different residents and inspected the homes and land connected to the properties. For people looking to sell their property, we would keep an eye out for potential hazards to the selling prices and potential additions that could add value. After identifying the structure, style and, layout of the homes we would write up the report to send to the brokers which included any notes we had about the property that would affect value while also included the comps (comparisons) of sold homes in the sorrowing areas. This would help the agents and brokers attached the correct property value of the home.
