Retired Solicitor,having entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement with my creditors between 2011 and 2014,as a result of The Ulster Bank (part of The Royal Bank Of Scotland/Nat.West Banking Group) ‘calling in’ my overdraft.My present spheres of interest are Law, Politics, Business,the Social Care "Industry", Mental Health and Media,Northern Ireland Civil Service (particularly The Department For Communities [The Single Investigations Branch]),Public Prosecution Service,”quangos”and large utility company scrutiny,Animal Welfare, Sport and generally anything controversial. The reason for ‘keeping an eye’ on The DFC and PPS is that in 2017 I was prosecuted for ‘dishonesty’ and ‘bad character’, both allegations subsequently being withdrawn.However,on a ‘strict liability’ basis and reluctantly on the advice of my legal team,I stupidly conceded that I had answered one question on a form incorrectly. I now very much regret taking that advice!! I was discharged by the court.
