Techniker Unterstützung und second level Feldeinsätze für Industrie CNC Laser Schneidmaschinen. Übersetzung/Korrektur der Visualisierungstexte von Deutsch auf Französich und Englisch, Erstellung von einem globalen Übersetzungskonzept für die 12 Firmen Sprachen. Auswertung und Verbesserung der Visualisierung Software Test Prozedur, Erstellung von einem zuverlässigen Testkonzept. CNC 2D Programmierung von Schneidpläne und schneidparameter Optimierung. Arbeiten mit SAP Betriebssystem.
Schulung der Techniker Drittfirmen auf Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Service der SolarMax Zentralwechselrichter (20kW bis 1.6MW). Planen und durchführen einer großflächige Qualitäts-Operation in Frankreich und Belgien. Vertretung der Firma Sputnik Engineering auf der Insel La Réunion (FR) und dadurch im ganzen Indischen Ozean.
Suivi des produis existants via détection de pannes systématiques et analyse de problèmes de qualité. Création et traductions (FR-DE-EN) de documentation technique et organisation de formation (sécurité, réparation et entretient des appareils) à destination de techniciens et clients partenaires. Représentation du SAV au sein de l’entreprise : R&D (développement de nouveaux appareils), management produit et management qualité (mise en place de rappels qualité, étude de solutions technique pour l’amélioration des produits…) Interventions et diagnostics sur incidents délicats (pannes complexes, incendies...) ; expertise d'onduleurs ayant subi un départ d’incendie et interface technique entre les parties (client, assurance, constructeur, expert d'assurance et expert judiciaire).
After sales service (maintenance, reparations...) on photofoltaïc plants for SolarMax inverters from 20kW to megawatt stations, mainly in Europe (France, Germany, UK, Austria, Belgium, Swiss, Italy, Greece, Czech republic, Slovak republic...) Field reparations on Inverters, exchanging boards, IGBT, soldering new components. Assistance for first start-ups on new plants (controlling of the correct inverters installation) Formations of new technicians and customers.
