Previously known as the RVK, Inc. Real Estate Consulting Group, Alignium’s senior management team led a lift-out of the platform from RVK in early 2017. Alignium’s professionals have over 70 years of collective experience with investment recommendations totaling over $10 billion of client capital. Alignium was headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with a satellite office in Cleveland, Ohio. The dedicated team had extensive experience in investment policy creation, investment sourcing, underwriting, manager and asset diligence, terms negotiations, corporate governance, portfolio construction, asset management, and performance monitoring. The team is now a part of Aksia.
