I prepare items ready for daily operation, including, handling the completion of sides, cooking/serving lunch, and performing transactions with customers. I deal with different kinds of beef, fish, and poultry which allows me to improve my skills in various techniques.
I worked during the summer of 2024 as a restaurant sever dealing with card transactions and customer service allowing me to expand my restaurant experience.
I worked as a busboy for 8 months, then switched to barback for the rest of my time there. I also worked on To-Go orders dealing with receiving and putting together orders as well as cash/card payments.
