With Resource MFG Specialized in the construction and assembly of POBA catheters within Assembly, Packaging, and Chemistries. Contributed to achieving a 95% yield rate on the Hybrid assembly monorail by accurately identifying and eliminating defects within the assembly process, leading to a 5.5% increase in production efficiency. Cataloged, relocated, and organized over 200,000 catheter funnel parts across 13 types, prioritizing them based on production demands and supply levels, which freed up 160 square feet of production floor space. Surveyed over 50 MDS on the production floor, identifying more than 10 lighting hazards and reporting them to a team of quality and manufacturing engineers for improvement. Conducted 12-time studies to provide manufacturing and industrial engineers/interns with data to aid in optimizing six monorails within Assembly, packaging, and Boxing. Collaborated with quality engineers and technicians to resolve a critical scrap management issue by identifying and securing an optimal location for critical scrap storage.
