• As one of the Project Manager, involve in planning and executing the 2024 APAC GM & Commercial Conference, a 1,600-persons event organized for APAC General Managers, Commercial Directors and Sponsors. • Facilitated efficient communication with workstream leaders, organizing and refining all presentation materials for the APAC Executive Committee Team. • Conducted site visits and managed logistics planning, including food & beverage arrangements, tradeshow coordination, event schedule, planning the setup of plenary and breakout sessions for the APAC Conference. • Collaborate closely with the selected event company on production planning and execution. • Developed timelines, established cadence, and collaborated with workstream leaders to ensure all deadlines were met. • Seeking sponsorships and exhibitors from various partners.
