I am a Product Specialist at BUCHI Labortechnik AG, where I focus on the development and ongoing refinement of the Mini Spray Dryer S-300 and its related accessories. Before taking on this role, I worked as a Product Specialist in the Drying Team, covering both freeze drying and spray drying technologies. I originally joined the organization through technical sales, which gave me a deep understanding of customer needs, practical challenges, and real world laboratory environments. I hold a Swiss FH Diploma in Chemistry from the University of applied sciences in Winterthur. I have also completed studies in Business Administration (non degree). While I do not publish scientific articles, I see my expertise in training and knowledge transfer, and I regularly lead two to three raining sessions per year, primarily focused on laboratory scale spray drying. What drives me most is understanding the market and recognizing the challenges our customers face — and using that insight to help create solution oriented, reliable technologies.

Support our distribution and dealers for technical queries, develop relationship, offering and negotiating on projects. Advice customers about diffrent solutions wich we provide. Internal hub for Productmanagement, Laboratory, Area Sales Management and Operations.
Attend to direct customers and distributors. Advice for decision in term of laboratory equipment. Lead to whole sales stages. Database (CRM) user, observe changes within the customer and distributors data. Review Turnover of the specified areas. Motivate the sales people.
