As Managing Director at Polytec, I led the strategic and operational direction of a multi-site manufacturing network across Europe, China, and South Africa. Polytec specialized in innovative plastic solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors, and my role was to drive performance, transformation, and sustainable growth across all regions.
