During my 11 years of auditing my focus has always been on solving the problems at hand with a keen eye for high quality, but also pragmatic solutions. Helping out my clients with complex issues has been very rewarding and was one of the triggers to switch from auditor to consultant. As consultant for mid-sized (family) organizations I’m your business partner in areas such as (but not limited to) risk control frameworks, process innovation, professionalization finance department, project management, cost savings and increasing working capital.
11 years of financial audit services at KPMG, for mainly large international listed clients, but also for mid-size non-listed clients where I’m responsible for day-to-day management of audit teams (up to 10 staff) and client relationships.
