I've finished my MBO ICT education in 2001. After working for logistic company's around 16 years as troubleshooter/inventory analyst and SAP superuser I received the chance to work as IT servicedesk member inside Arvato. I'm very greatfull for the opportunity because normally it's very difficult to return to the IT sector after 12 years. My greatest skills are to always think in positive solutions and have the drive and motivation to help people. I've specialized myself into warehouse device management solutions with tools like SOTI Mobicontrol. For me this is a bridge between logistics engineering and IT.
