Key achievements: a) Successfully managed the development and implementation of a primary retail fee delivering $4M in additional revenue in its first year b) Successfully managed the mid-year price change project impacting over 3 million customers and securing more than $500M in revenue c) Leading the implementation of a major customer communications overhaul to improve the customer experience reaching 500,000 customers per year Key tasks/competencies; 1. Management of the product lifecycle for retail fees, Online Energy Manager, Predictable Plan including a comprehensive understanding of the SAP CRM system capabilities for managing existing products and designing new products 2. Ensuring only quality products are released to customers to create a positive experience and continue identifying and implementing product improvement opportunities 3. Providing input to the Marketing team(s) on the technical aspects and customer value propositions of products to support product performance, training programs and channel delivery 4. Ensuring all product communication are clear and current and developing and communicating regular product performance reports
Product and Portfolio Management and Development of Value Add products and GreenPower or Green Gas products, this included Maintaining the number one Green Energy market position at over 50% through the introduction of GreenEnergy Home and increasing the distribution of energy efficiency kits to over 50,000 households Managing the vendor relationship with a Magazine provider as part of an Origin product offering and successfully retiring the product offer from market Administering, auditing and managing the relationship with multiple vendors as part of a state-wide Government energy efficiency scheme to meet compliance standards and energy efficiency targets ahead of time.

Provided specialised green product training capability and produced over 35 training packs and 5 specialised training presentations to over 300 employees. Executed the operational introduction of the first National Green Product program with an Australian first Green Product that exceeded Green Product take up by more than 400%. Successfully developed and delivered over 30 campaigns on tight timelines to meet business requirements and product strategy with a campaign value exceeding 5 million dollars contributing to an 18% increase in contracted customers.
