• Leading AI Enablement and GTM for our revolutionary GAIA Offering (Gen AI + RAG). Hired to rebuild, lead and expand Sales Enablement globally, I created a content engine framework for high scale delivery and hired industry experts to help develop a comprehensive EXCELerate sales onboarding program. With the success of this effort, senior leadership decided to also give me Customer and Partner Enablement, so I transferred a senior Sales Engineer to my team and hired a couple others to update and expand our certification programs, which had not been touched in 5 years. The enhanced and engaging content and new certification paths got rave reviews, internally and from customers and partners. I led my team to collaborate heavily across all functions of the business, bringing value and impact to every team from Product Engineering to Professional Services to our Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to Customer Experience and to Marketing and Sales. In building this global organization, I prioritized diversity of thought and inclusion of every team member, focused intently on their development and growth while delivering outstanding work products that drive top line revenue and reduce costs.
