My journey recently led me to serve as the Master Distributor for a California-based Biotech company, where I was able to drive phenomenal growth—from $500,000 in sales to over $24 million in less than two years. This experience paved the way for my current role as CEO of Pet MatRx, a company focused on enhancing the lives of dogs and their families. I pride myself on my ability to lead with vision, critical thinking, and compassion. These qualities have been instrumental in creating initiatives like our Ambassador Program, which has garnered recognition throughout the canine industry and elevated our brand to new heights. What motivates me most is the positive impact our work has on pet families. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping dogs regain their happiness and health, knowing that a thriving dog means a happy family. Collaboration is at the heart of my work ethic. As someone who thrives in team-oriented environments, I enjoy engaging with colleagues to "sound board" ideas and solve problems together. My passion for the canine industry extends beyond business; I aspire to share my insights through podcasts and speaking engagements, particularly focusing on the relationship between canine behavior, proper nutrition, and supplementation. Outside of my professional pursuits, you can find me on the golf course, watching competitive sports, or enjoying a day on the water. Family time is sacred, whether it's sharing moments with my wife, our dogs, or getting a surprise visit from my kids.
