As the Senior Director of Sales Development at Sirion, I lead a team of sales development representatives who generate qualified leads and opportunities for the company's cloud-based contract management solutions. I have over 10 years of experience in sales development, having previously worked as the Global Director and the Director of Sales Development at NICE and NICE CXone, respectively. During my tenure at NICE, I helped launch and scale the sales development function, implemented best practices and processes, and drove significant revenue growth for the company's customer experience solutions. I am passionate about building and coaching high-performing teams, creating and executing effective go-to-market strategies, and delivering value and satisfaction to our customers.
