    In parallel with my Project Management role, I was responsible for developing and implementing engineering methodologies and ensuring projects meet all safety, quality and performance standards, including Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR). Cyber security has also emerged as a major area requiring strong governance frameworks. During my time in this role, I was responsible for, amongst others: - Collaborating with my executive colleagues to define and implement policies, procedures and standards. Our team obtained Recognised Quality Organisation (RQO) certification for both Engineering and Maintenance activities from our client - Analysing and developing Cyber Security related documentation for systems to meet Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Requirements. This includes development of System Security Plans, Annexes and Essential Eight Maturity Model Levels, which led to ICT assessment and subsequent authorization being received on various systems - Collaborating with training staff to develop, maintain and educate technical staff on maintenance material for systems we support - Assign authority to competent personnel to undertake engineering and maintenance activities
