Wilhelm is an Associate in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, with a focus on commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, and value creation for private equity and corporate clients. His work spans transaction support and post-deal performance improvement, including commercial diligence, full-potential planning, operational improvement, and integration / separation support. Recent project experience includes commercial due diligence across technology, industrials, consumer, and business services, as well as value-creation work in rail and transportation covering procurement, operating model, cost reduction, and implementation planning. Before A&M, Wilhelm worked in the deal team at Lyvia Group, supporting software and technology transactions across Europe. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University previously competed in NCAA Division I basketball.
