Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO) of ABL Group, the Transformation Director plays a key role in the future development of ABL Group and the operational and functional transformation as ABL Group starts its journey on material growth and consolidation, primarily through M&A. The role consists of due diligence and transaction negotiations for the M&A targets, and leading the business integration of M&A targets, ensuring ABL Group’s strategic direction, culture and shareholder value. Furthermore, the Transformation Director actively manages across ABL Group restructuring & legal entity rationalisation, and major business change projects.
Reporting to ABL Group's COO, the Group Shared Service Director is responsible for driving the centralisation, standardisation, and professionalisation of ABL Group’s global HR, IT, Marketing, and ESG services across ABL, OWC, AGR, and Longitude, as well as within those business segments.
As a director of the legal entities for OWC Germany and OWC Poland, executing duties as part of the board of directors.
Leading OWC as QHSE Director and forming part of the global management team. Delivering consultancy assignments including technical due diligence, risk management and other strategic consultancy studies as well as leading those fields of expertise within OWC.
Managing Director for the Hamburg office of OWC, including full P&L responsibility, team recruitment and retention, business development, and establishing and running a sustainable business. Acting as a principal consultant on WTG package management, risk management and technical due diligence assignment, as well as leading those fields of expertise within OWC.
