After a successful succession process, handing over daily operations to Lennert Fransen, I remain available for the odd brain pick for those that appreciate my opinion on wide range of matters. My current assignment is to architect and execute an online hybrid B2B community (Employees, Customers, Partners, Interested People) for SDL that will support the successful execution of the 4 primary processes in a software company: Make, Sell, Implement and Operate. The desired results must be to generate new business and succesfully support existing business.
Designing and Building, from the ground up, a B2B Social Business collaboration platform where Interested Audiences, Customers, Partners and Employees collaborate to achieve the best EIM experience that will drive companies to do better business. Work entails Strategy, Systems-, Processes-designs and Program Managements as well as the inevitable Change Management associated with new paradigms.
