I have 30 years experience within the care sector and the Intermediate Vocational and Higher Vocational care education. I have work experience with Intensive Care Pediatrics, care education, Educational coördination and the last 15 years as the owner at Rescue Nederland and Rescue Health Centre. Rescue Nederland is a dutch trainingcentre for healthcare, welfare and service sectors. Private education has always been my interest and my core competence in this educational field are: working together, innovative, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, ambitious and social. My goal is to turn out my employees to be good manpower in the care sector. I want the next five years to increase the quality of the occupations in the healthcare, welfare and service sectors.
