Experienced leader, change manager and integrator with demonstrated contributions to the Energy industry and Carbon Management. From leadership roles and external collaborations during my Shell career I have a thorough appreciation of Climate Change Strategy and Energy Transition on both project and portfolio level and the Carbon Capture and Storage, electrification and hydrogen industrial decarbonisation technologies. I make impact in new and unfamiliar roles and rapidly address key issues in complex problems. I am a natural integrator with attention to positions of all stakeholders and I have the ability to deliver outcomes for complex, multidisciplinary projects and portfolios and through coaching and empowering teams.
