About

I am a final-year psychology student with a background in cognitive science, and I’m particularly interested in combining psychology with new technologies. My main research focus is forensic psychology, especially eyewitness memory and how it can be influenced by post-event misinformation. In my work, I design and build my own virtual reality simulations (using Unity and Unreal Engine) to recreate the experience of witnessing a crime and study memory in more immersive, ecologically valid conditions. I have worked as a research assistant on multiple projects, but I am currently developing my own research line focused on using VR in forensic psychology. My long-term goal is to create a standardized tool for assessing susceptibility to post-event misinformation that could eventually be used in expert witness practice. Next year I am planning to pursue a PhD and continue developing this approach further, including incorporating eye-tracking into VR-based research. Beyond that, I’m also interested in how generative AI can support research work. I see the ability to effectively use AI tools as an emerging competence in a researcher’s methodological skillset.
