I lead AI-driven transformation programs across industries (e.g., real estate, public sector), helping companies embed AI into their core workflows. My focus is on bridging strategy and execution: from defining AI roadmaps, redesigning workflows, building solutions and scaling them across the organization. A key part of my work is enabling organizations to adopt AI at scale, including operating model design, data foundations, and capability building. Alongside transformation work, I bring hands-on experience in building and launching new AI-enabled products and ventures. I also support and invest in early-stage companies, advising founders on applying AI to real-world business problems, go-to-market, and scaling.
