Building Agentic Systems and Operations at Scale | Maximizing Growth with Controlled Risk

Greater Seattle Area

About

I turn lived execution into systems that scale. My work centers on building operations at scale—improving cost, speed, accuracy, and experience at the same time across supply chain, risk, compliance, and infrastructure-heavy environments. I operate where execution is constrained, complexity is high, and failure is expensive. I’ve led and rebuilt global operations in software and regulated settings, delivering 80% cost reduction and 10× faster cycle times by redesigning operating models end-to-end—not by adding headcount or layering process. As friction drops and decisions speed up, customer and operator experience improves as a direct byproduct of better systems. What differentiates my work is a focus on operating systems, not policy or theory. I diagnose where cost, delay, errors, and poor experience reinforce each other, then redesign the system so teams, vendors, and customers can move faster with less effort. My background spans information technology, supply chain and vendor operations, risk-heavy workflows, and control-intensive back-office functions, with increasing focus on infrastructure and capacity-constrained environments where experience, coordination, and execution speed materially affect outcomes. I work best with leaders and founders who want operations that scale cleanly—lower cost, faster throughput, and better experience—rather than operations that merely comply or look good on paper. If the operation is critical, constrained, or breaking under growth, that’s usually where I add the most value.
