As the head of Flexibility, I manage a cross-functional team that includes product, data science, and engineering to offer travelers flexibility services for their trips. I oversee the development of business and product strategies to increase revenue and foster innovation.
As a member of the Vistaprint Product Marketing team, I managed a growing portfolio valued at over $160M in revenue annually. My main responsibilities were new product introduction, go-to-marketing strategy, product positioning, and forecasting product growth. I also worked closely with our site and technology teams to optimize the customer experience based on customer feedback and data analysis.

My main responsibilities included the development of pricing and promotional strategies, management of third party relationships, and new product launches. I also worked to identify and recommend product quality updates based on customer feedback. One update helped drop customer complaint rate by more than 20% year-over-year.
As an intern for the Tools Business Segment of Newell Brands I assisted the Trade Marketing Team and Senior Sales Managers on new product launches and national account promotions. Additionally, I was responsible for gathering competitive and marketplace intelligence, while providing input into channel and regional objectives.
