I am a Dean's Scholar and Direct Admit into the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University to further my finance and accounting knowledge. Bringing my natural inclination for math and science into the finance world allows me to better understand and interpret data to effectively use in models and other databases clearly and deliberately. To achieve my goal of becoming an integral part of an accounting firm, I will utilize my passion for learning and agility to pursue a career as an accountant. In the past, I've developed skills such as leadership, initiative, and critical thinking through my essential role as a Kitchen Manager and Front of House Shift Leader at a local, private equity-owned restaurant. While in these positions, I had five direct reports, trained new employees, and communicated with upper management about potential improvements. Because of my work ethic and leadership, I was often asked to perform General Manager duties when I was only seventeen years old. I would love to connect if you are seeking someone who is driven to utilize data analytics within the finance sector. Together, we can explore how my potential and education can benefit your company or next project. In addition, please feel free to reach out if you have any experience in the field or insight into how I could get my foot in the door.
