Duties and Responsibilities: • Contribute to the design, development, integration, and testing of (sub-)modules and components. • Perform component-level design activities and solve engineering problems. • Execute qualification tests following predefined protocols. • Apply known engineering methods and procedures to resolve technical issues with limited uncertainties. • Lead technical integration of multiple subsystems into a complete ASML system, ensuring compliance with customer specifications. • Support research tasks by executing assigned research activities. • Gather, analyze, and document user/project requirements; maintain traceability and define verification criteria. • Conduct feasibility testing of engineering concepts to support design validation. • Contribute to detailed design and validation activities through testing and analysis. • Develop test standards and procedures under direction from senior engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform calibration, adjustment, performance and system qualification tests on microchip lithography machines and/or (sub) systems in accordance with established specifications • Recognize and report (structural) problems and give support in solving these problems when required • Ensure system progress by achieving an amount of tests guided by strict procedures within customer specification • Contribute to the Pilot process and transition from pilot to volume production. • Execute and improve procedures, processes and protocols • Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, sub-modules and complete systems • Process and administrate information in SAP and reporting of the machine status in the machine logbook according to the Way Of Working within TF FAB EX System Performance • Synchronize, plan and execute manual adjustments and inform Technical Support in case of disturbances • Comply with the 5S and safety standard rules
Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and integrate commercial vehicle components and maintain parts/assemblies and bill of materials of chassis, cab and power train related modules such that they contain available, functional, installable parts, that when assembled to a vehicle, provide a vehicle that meets customer requirements and is safe to operate • Operate CAD software packages like Siemens NX Unigraphics , PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software like Teamcenter and other customer specific administration configuration systems • Integrate cab, chassis and power train components in a variety of applications to meet customer requirements and project specifications and apply fundamental engineering principles to frame/chassis, cab/body and power train system components to ensure performance • Create parts, assemblies and assembly instructions using Siemens NX Unigraphics (CAD) • Maintain bills of materials of vehicle sub systems and assemblies • Provide design solutions for production related customer work orders • Create documentation to support day-to-day activities • Provide creative and technically feasible solutions for cost savings, service issues and product improvements • Interface with materials and purchasing on new part design and sourcing • Interface with Analysis, Test and Manufacturing Engineering to determine the most effective and economical use of materials and manufacturing processes and work with the Product Regulation and Compliance staff to design vehicles that meet government regulations, restrictions and codes
Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide engineering support, preventive maintenance planning/execution and designed solutions to the plant to ensure plant reliability and continuous production • Conduct safety audits, technical compliance audits on project scopes, feasibility studies, data collection, document revisions, feedback presentations, investigations, budget planning, environmental audits, report writing and quality control • Conduct root cause analysis and maintenance implementation on equipment failures by applying knowledge and designed solutions of hydraulic & pneumatic flow diagrams/drawings, gearboxes, motors, HVAC systems, pressure vessels, raw material handling equipment, cranes, sample automation systems, PLC’s, pumps and plant processes • Contractor- and project management with specialization in capital projects with specific focus on KPI improvement by waste reduction and cost saving
