Managing an industrialization project for a manufacturing site in Daegu, South Korea for Accelleron Industries Ltd., Baden, Switzerland.
Leading global battery cell development and industrialization projects, including a major EV battery plant launch in the United States. Managing cross-functional program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and reporting up to executive leadership. Head of PMO team overseeing governance for R&D and NPD initiatives, with a focus on KPI tracking, risk control, and budget management.
