- Primary responsibilities are to review the current e-HR business processes, analyze and provide solutions to improve the MINDEF HR business processes. - Work with system integrator to do the Change Requests (CR), and submit monthly CR and SIR reports to management. - Maintain, review and draw OV5, OV6 of ARIS diagrams for the the e-HRs processes. - Analyze the existing HR processes and to perform mapping toARIS diagram for future study purposes. - Chair requirement gathering sessions with Business process owners and users to gather requirements from them and to advise MINDEF user the use of EA models in the course of their work for requirements gathering and impact analysis.
- To support Finance on related Retail and F&B daily transaction from NAV2009 and F&B In-house System. - Manage, gather requirements and liaise with software vendors to upgrade of the Retail system efficiently and effectively to ensure system can support the existing and new requirements of Retail. - Maintain the yearly IT budget for both Retail and F&B on IT related stuffs. - Maintain and setting up of POS System at new Retail and F&B outlets.
- Primary responsibilities are to analyze and support of existing applications, database, window application and console (batch jobs) applications. - To prove level 1 and 2 Support to end user on software issues in-house application and AS/400 system - Work with software vendor on system changes and enhancement
