Work closely with product team and BA for Bancassurance portals enhancement for new insurance product launch Implemented the first use in AIA Malaysia of OKTA integration with Cloud web application for user authentication. Involved in a project for implementing Learning Management System in cloud SaaS model. Manage production incidents resolution. Assist manager to do the costing for Bancassurance Portals team for new initiative and projects. Work closely with BA and user for tasks delivery and tasks prioritization. Work closely with infra and security team on the infra activities (e.g. servers migrations and upgrade, db migration and upgrade, etc) and security policies implementation on the Bancassurance portals. Work closely with other application teams on Bancassurance Portals integration with other system, e.g. integrate with ESB Web API Involved in IT Data Centre relocation project and obtain experience on the migration of all web servers, app servers and DB servers and also gain knowledge on those infra activites that involved, e.g. servers firewall port open, etc. Maintain regular discussion with team members on improving the current development quality.

Implemented new quotation module (VB.NET) that integrated with life insurance backend system to calculate premium on real time. Assist team leader to draft the SOP document for secure web application development best practice and involved in Web Security Remediation project that enable our company web portals to be more secure in internet environment, e.g. prevent SQL injection, cross site scripting, etc Handled BAU request to create more than 30 Bank Assurance reports from stage of analysis, design and development, testing and implementation (e.g MRTA reports, Prime Link reports, etc) for Bancassurance Department. This reduces 40% of user time for doing the reports manually. Involved a new CRM project that using MS Dynamic CRM 3.0 and Crystal Report 10, I provided all the ASP.Net web services to the project vendor for retrieving the customer and policy information.
Design and develop a web portal to promote our company’s partner products and services. Involved in design and develop a multilingual home page builder in internet platform. It allows user to create web pages e.g company Catalogue web page, add a list of products under this catalogue and upload product images to it. This portal provides a comprehensive, cost-effective interface for the customer to build a multilingual content. Support and maintain all the existing 16 web portals that are used by Malaysia Manufacturing Association. Support an e-PO system in Malaysia that is widely used in Retail sector, particularly in trade relations between manufacturer and their trading partner, e.g. Tesco, Carrefour, etc. Involved in a Retail Synchronization projects from analyst the requirement, design the system as well as system development.
Involve development of Integrated Pharmacy System web base project that involved 3 healthcare institutions, which are National Healthcare Group Policlinic, National University Hospital and Alexandra Hospital in Singapore. Handle an integration module from requirement studies, analysis, design, development as well as the implementation. Involved a Data Exchange Engine (DEE) project that is an information hub for participating institutions of NHG in Singapore to share patients’ information via Healthcare messaging protocol Health-Level 7 (HL7) Ver2.3.1 in XML data formats. Involved development of a Web base project for online clinical management system that used in Singapore. It allows patient to maintain their lifetime health status, and also allows the doctor to maintain patient medical information through Internet. Involved development and implementation of Healthcare Information System for Putrajaya Hospital that handle patient registration, booking for Operation theatre, Dietary info maintenance, etc.
