👉 Humane World for Animals (formerly The Humane Society of the US & International) strives to end animal cruelty. Join us in fighting puppy mills, factory farms, the fur trade, animal testing, etc. The animals are counting on us! 💥 My impact: - Influence AI strategy by analyzing user data and identifying ways to maximize our return on investment—for example, I helped increase adoption rate of one AI tool by 120% in 6 months in 2025 while significantly reducing costs - Develop and lead training and training strategy for a global audience of 900+ employees; staff feedback in 2026 indicates that I clearly communicate difficult concepts in an engaging, authentic way - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop change management roadmaps for multi-year technology initiatives, including the successful rollout and expansion of Gen AI tools - Support project managers and non-tech teams with the implementation of new tech platforms by managing large data migrations, troubleshooting tech issues during user testing, etc. - Build community by co-leading a public speaking group and a veg-friendly employee resource group 🌱
👉 TEKsystems is a global IT services company that partners with some of the biggest names in tech (e.g., Microsoft, AWS). As part of the Professional Development department, specifically the Learning Consulting Team, I led a new client partnership that was the first of its kind at the company. 💥 My impact: - Built a new client partnership by managing training initiatives for 400+ adults globally, earning repeated business and gaining a reputation as a trusted partner - Designed, developed, and launched a comprehensive onboarding training program in the Degreed LMS for 10+ business lines, resulting in highly positive feedback from executive stakeholders and new hires - Partnered with 30+ business leaders and subject matter experts to create tailored learning solutions using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Camtasia
👉 Legends of Learning is an award-winning EdTech startup focused on game-based eLearning. I consulted with company leaders and technical experts to (1) streamline the curriculum alignment process and (2) improve the effectiveness of eLearning products for 2 million active users. 💥 My impact: - Invented a curriculum alignment framework and provided consultative advice on eLearning products, contributing to a 9-point increase in the company's Net Promoter Score - Recruited and trained new talent to increase speed of curriculum alignments by 30%, enabling the sales team to meet with important customers before critical deadlines
👉 McDonogh School is a PreK-12 college prep school in Baltimore County, MD. During my 8 years in this innovative environment, I taught career and technical skills with cutting-edge technology, created innovative programs from scratch, and built lifelong partnerships with students, faculty, parents, and community partners. 💥 My impact: - Built and led a robotics program and a computer science career pathway, equipping 1,000+ learners with career and technical skills; dozens of my students have gone on to secure top-level internships (e.g. Lockheed Martin, JHU Applied Physics Lab, US Department of Defense) and college scholarships 🎉 - Trained and coached 100+ educators in the effective use of technology, including Canvas LMS, ChatGPT and Google tools; led tech training of faculty during the Covid pandemic, resulting in a swift and successful pivot to virtual - Brought in $30,000+ in revenue by building strategic partnerships with school alumni, universities and corporate partners, enabling faculty to transform the school’s Makerspace into a cutting edge facility - Founded and directed the McDonogh Robotics & Coding Summer Camp, which sold out for four summers and reached 200+ learners
👉 SERC is an environmental research facility that sits on 2,600 forested acres near Washington, DC. I managed all educational programming for K-12 students, teachers, and the public. Despite working for a large organization (Smithsonian Institution), I was the only full-time staff member leading these programs. 💥 My impact: - Managed education programs for 5,000+ learners that earned $100,000+ in one year - Supervised a team of 20+ adults (e.g. staff, volunteers, interns) and created customized learning experiences for them, resulting in a 100% volunteer retention rate - Served as primary contact for the center and built relationships with students, educators, parents, and school administration resulting in a 99% customer satisfaction rate for our center’s programming
