    As a new firm, my role was to establish this commercial real estate brokerage in the Las Vegas market. With 20 years of prior retail experience, Dunbar Commercial needed brand strategy and a plan for business development. I worked with them for a year before transitioning them into a long-term client. Results: 15 PetSmart locations, 20 AT&T stores Market Entry for Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, Athleta, PGA Superstore & More. Market Expansion for Top Golf, Trader Joes, AMC Theatres & more. In the first year I created a complex suite of tools and resources to be used for business development and marketing. I introduced and leveraged a new software’s capabilities to develop and pull time-sensitive information at a moment's notice, and present it in a creative, easy-to-consume manner. This gave us a powerful advantage in our communications efforts — we were relevant and fast. From cold leads to warm prospects and repeat clients, we transformed the way the industry communicated.
