I like to challenge myself, I like to learn, so I like to try new things and try to keep growing. As a freshman who just get into the society, I take every task given to me as the ladder of learning. I enjoy the steps towards growth. As a process and improvement engineer, I have been given a great platform to develop myself. I have been actively involved in daily production process to control yield and scrap percentage. My superior have guide me well and provide me unstinting support and chance. They allow me to deliver my idea and allow me to put my idea into practical. These allow me to develop my confidence and leadership. And now, I only have to do one thing: work and try to make myself better every single day.
• Process Optimization: Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and interpret data to monitor process performance, develop KPIs, and create actionable reports to guide decision-making. • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensure regulatory compliance, focusing on continuous improvement and risk mitigation. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to integrate process improvements and align operational goals.
