-Taking active part in the development of business processes and procedures, methods, information and systems as well as strategies and action plans in order to improve business performance and company profitability -Oversee and develop the planning model within the Branch through, target setting, action planning, financial projections and simulations as well as follow up and deviation analysis -Proposing and participating in improvements to the overall company development -Proposing and participating in developing processes and procedures to achieve administrative efficiency and protection of company assets and values -Oversee that company policy, laws and regulations are complied with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records -Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment maintaining safe work practices at all time and to work within and comply with Company safety policies and procedures
