- Managed GPU server air cooling projects (NVIDIA B200 and AMD MI300X, MI350X platforms) and liquid cooling project (Nvidia VR200), customized and deployed to meet Meta's high-performance computing requirements. - Acted as the primary interface between Meta, R&D teams, and manufacturing sites, ensuring design specs, timelines, and quality standards were consistently met. - Worked closely with R&D to align hardware design and system integration with Meta’s evolving workload demands and data center infrastructure. - Collaborated with manufacturing sites to optimize rack assembly processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production quality. - Led risk assessments and created detailed mitigation plans addressing hardware bugs, thermal challenges, and supply chain constraints. - Facilitated cross-functional alignment through regular updates, issue-tracking systems, and coordinated engineering responses to customer's feedback.
- Knowledge in the mechanical metal field, such as diverse material, surface treatment, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC, stamping, etc) to provide competitive prices to customers from RFQ to MP stage. - Responsible for the top 5 notebook brands, with more than 10+ mechanical part project management experience, managing the project life cycle management from NPI to EOL. - Communicated product issue analysis to stakeholders, developed schedules, and collaborated with cross-functional teams, ODMs for product improvement as well as risk mitigation plan. - Cooperated with cross-function teams to track and manage technical issues. Led external suppliers/ internal R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain team to obtain project deliverables, which covered product optimization procedures, new product development procedures, and validation/ manufacture readiness. - According to different production processes and marketing strategies, forecast product demand and formulate an efficient demand and supply production plan, and logistic plan to meet customer demand for products.
- Understand the operation of the container business process, and then help customers request to develop transport programs. - Assist customer service, including flight tracking, and cargo customs clearance.
