- Point of contact for digital projects within the agency. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Draft user flow documentation, such as process flows and wireframes. - Identify project and technology needs and assemble project teams to ensure success. - Work with creative team to draft creative briefs and ensure all marketing needs, demographic needs and best practices are being considered. - Work with both internal team and client throughout every timeline milestone. - Schedule, draft and moderate user sessions as needed. - Organize and participate in creative brain storm sessions to help design and develop applications that best reach the client’s target market.
