I am a strategic leadership development and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-capacity leaders, designing scalable professional learning systems, and aligning strategy to measurable performance outcomes. Throughout my career, I have led multi-site initiatives, facilitated executive-level strategy sessions, and partnered with senior leaders to translate organizational priorities into structured implementation plans. I specialize in leadership development, systems design, performance accountability, and cross-functional collaboration that drives sustainable growth. My work sits at the intersection of education and business. With a Master’s degree in Management and deep experience in organizational strategy, I bring both people-centered leadership development expertise and operational discipline. I have designed and scaled leadership development frameworks, built accountability systems that support continuous improvement, and coached leaders through complex change initiatives.
