I am a strategic leadership development and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-capacity leaders, designing scalable professional learning systems, and aligning strategy to measurable performance outcomes. Throughout my career, I have led multi-site initiatives, facilitated executive-level strategy sessions, and partnered with senior leaders to translate organizational priorities into structured implementation plans. I specialize in leadership development, systems design, performance accountability, and cross-functional collaboration that drives sustainable growth. My work sits at the intersection of education and business. With a Master’s degree in Management and deep experience in organizational strategy, I bring both people-centered leadership development expertise and operational discipline. I have designed and scaled leadership development frameworks, built accountability systems that support continuous improvement, and coached leaders through complex change initiatives. • Collaborate and supervise Academic Coaches to track, maintain, and analyze school-wide data to determine trends and guide the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices for school improvement as it relates to Title I, Part A. • Deliver coaching and technical support to school leaders on innovative practices and turnaround principles. • Provide constructive feedback and relevant assistance to coaches in reflective thinking-critical and analytical- during informal coaching observations to ensure rigorous pedagogical practices are implemented successfully with fidelity. • Develop and facilitate professional development to staff, based on instructional initiatives uncovered in data findings. • Work cooperatively with building principals and district administrators to ensure the effective and efficient use of Title I programs, personnel, resources, and services. • Provide coaching and technical support to Title Academic Coaches on supporting, training, and modeling evidence-based practices to teachers and instructional staff. • Coordinate and provide appropriate services to school and district leadership teams in implementing a coherent Comprehensive Needs Assessment Plan that is directly aligned to the district and school’s comprehensive needs assessment results. • Assist in the supervision of Title I personnel, as necessary, and provide direction and assistance for improvement. • Review/submit monthly payroll, and accurately maintain file students’ records. • Disaggregate state, district, and school data to assist administration in creating a comprehensive school improvement plan • Provide ongoing, job-embedded professional learning opportunities for educators to learn, practice, and receive feedback regarding their teaching practices.
- Selected to conduct “C-STARS” training sessions that prepare educators to be experts in the area of using data systems to improve instruction. Taught participants how to use three data systems: Infinite Campus, Georgia Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS), and Teacher Leader Electronic Platform (TLE). - Facilitated English/Language Arts workshop that helped educators enhance the use of current resources, analyze components of the new curriculum, learn strategies that support the needs of various learners, and develop learning experiences that expose students to the requirements of the district’s Academic Achievement Plan. - Selected to write, evaluate, revise, and edit the English Language Arts K-1 Curriculum in order to fully align the core curriculum to common core state standards for the 2013-2014 school year. - Delivered effective leadership and support as Kindergarten Grade Level Chair.
• Trained and developed instructors/staff effectively through initial and follow-up training as well as ongoing workshops; maintained education materials and facilitated/integrated objectives and outlines for courses of study. • Conducted monthly instructor meetings to ensure compliance with instructional policies and procedures; delivered mini-training sessions as needed. Analyzed and conducted prescription quality reviews on an ongoing basis to ensure the success of every student. • Wrote appropriate goals for students based on initial testing.
